Inflating insights, not budgets: A breakdown of our feedback management costs

We designed our pricing model around the same principle that underpins our feedback methodology: transparency.
If we are asking organisations to embrace clear, defensible feedback practices, then our own commercial structure should reflect the same standard.
There are no opaque bundles or hidden incentives at work. Instead, our pricing is modular and organised around a small number of essential principles.
Here, we set out each component fee and explain what it covers.
Pricing Model Principles
Transparency
Our costs and their structure are visible and open to scrutiny. We have tried to design out any incentives that would compromise our ability to do the best possible feedback processing at proportional costs (see our proportionality principle below). Just in case we haven't fully succeeded, we lay our fees and structure plainly, so others are free to assess our incentives and alert us to potential issues. Said another way, transparent pricing adds yet another layer of credibility to our process.
Accessibility
Our goal has always been to make external feedback management accessible to as many organisations as possible. For that reason, our pricing is layered. We have a modest foundation layer that maintains the infrastructure and governance required to run a credible feedback process, beyond which the add-ons are clearly defined, and based on actual usage and complexity. This ensures our small or straightforward user organisations are not subsidising the others.
Proportionality
We believe feedback management should remain proportionate to the investment it is helping to evaluate. Our business-as-usual components typically sit in the low single digits as a percentage of your training costs, and are currently in the range of 0.5–6% for all our clients. In other words, we believe the intelligence needed to make best use of your budget should not erode the budget itself.
Modularity
This enables all of the above principles. Because pricing is structured in components, the service can scale with your organisation. As training activity grows, becomes more sophisticated, or requires additional coordination, the feedback function can expand accordingly — without drifting out of proportion to the work it supports.
Pricing Structure
All prices expressed below were for the 2026 calendar year.
Base Maintenance Fee (Annual)
This annual fee covers the systems, reporting infrastructure, governance controls, and administrative coordination required to manage your feedback processes effectively across a full year.
It scales according to organisational complexity, including factors such as:
The number of liaison points
Reporting structures
Volume and coordination requirements
Overall administrative complexity
Current range: $1,850 – $19,000 per annum.
Per Engagement Fee (Annual)
(per learning program measured)
For each learning or training program you would to be measured, a per-program fee applies.
This covers questionnaire design, deployment, data collection, cleaning, and the default summary reporting.
Current range: $95 to $285 per program, depending on the number of program-specific elements in the collection and reporting process.
For high-volume engagements where sessions are repeated more than five times for a single buyer in a year, we may adjust the original fee proportionately thereafter.
Custom & Advisory Work (As Required)
We also provide consulting services adjacent to our core feedback processes. These may include bespoke analysis, additional reporting, expanded evaluation methods, or sourcing and procurement support.
A summary of common advisory services is available here: Flexibility of our Feedback Management Services
These are simply billed at consulting rates. Current range: $225 to $275 per hour.
For any work expected to exceed one day (7.5 hours), a quote will be provided for approval prior to commencement.
