Cam Bestwick
Director
Cam is a consultant, trainer, educationalist, and experienced leader in school and university settings. He has extensive experience designing, managing, evaluating and re-designing services and programs aimed at improving student transition, agency and success. He is a leading figure in residential education, having held leadership roles in the Australian National University, the University of Sydney, UniLodge, the University of Melbourne, as well as various peak bodies.

Laura Burge
Advisory Partner
Laura is a driving force for student engagement, equity and success in Australian higher education. She has held multiple leadership roles at Deakin University and La Trobe University and spearheaded professional organisations such as the Victorian Tertiary Education Primary Prevention Network (Gender-Based Violence) and the Asia Pacific Student Accommodation Association. She is a member of the Editorial Board for the Australian and New Zealand Student Services Association’s academic journal, JANZSSA, and the Steering Committee of the WATTLE Women's Leadership Program. Her practice and thought leadership on positive cultures at Australian universities is highly regarded and followed throughout the sector.

Ankita Sen
Advisory Partner
Ankita is an economist, provisional psychologist and doctoral candidate (clinical psychology). Her rare combination of expertise in psychology and economics is of equally uncommon value to the growing need for effectiveness in wellbeing programs. She built up this expertise in diverse roles spanning Deloitte Access Economics, PwC, the Centre for International Economics, the Melbourne Nueropsychiatry Centre, and others (registered practice is confidential).
