RED Track Feedback

Using feedback to improve training and professional development experiences should be simple. Sadly, it's often messy, biased, inconsistent, or just ignored. â€‹

This hurts everyone involved:

  1. Participants want to give feedback that leads to positive change.

  2. Training providers want to know their level of impact, and how to improve.

  3. You want to know what learning experiences are working, to make better investment decisions in your people.

With RED Track, you can fix all this. You can guarantee everyone involved that feedback will be handled, professionally and independently, every time.

How it works:

RED stands for Rapid Evaluation Data, which the essence of the process: we convert the once-off tasks of program evaluation into a continuous, efficient, business-as-usual system.

Originally developed with training providers who were determined to get the highest quality feedback and the fastest possible improvement, the RED Track process expands that process to allow any training or development experience, regardless of who delivers it, to follow the same methodology. Watch this video for more detail.

Here is how it works on any given learning experience:

  1. Learner feedback comes directly to us.
We collect the learner feedback using surveys we design. These are carefully created to minimise bias and maximise completion. This gets clean data, with more honest answers, from quality questions.

  2. A feedback report goes to both parties, at the same time.
Both your organisation and the training provider (if external) each receive the same summary report on learner feedback simultaneously.

  3. We collect and anonymise your feedback for trainers.
We also collect B2B feedback on the training provider (if external) from the decision-makers in your organisation who commissioned it, or otherwise rely most on the training. Once there is enough data to ensure it is truly de-identified, we release this to each training supplier to help them improve.

The major upsides:

Consistency and reliability

When feedback is collected in-house, different people run it differently, ask different questions, or skip steps — making comparisons across programs or years impossible. RED Track keeps the process disciplined and consistent.

Better insights

Feedback in all directions becomes more honest, meaningful, and actionable than when it is led internally or by the provider.

Reduced bias and pressure

Reduced bias and pressure
Internal collection almost always carries pressure to validate the training — consciously or not. Independence removes that tension, giving you believable data.

Improved decision-making
Rich, de-identified data supports deeper analysis and smarter investment choices.

Privacy-aligned approach
All data is stored securely, anonymised, and compliant with privacy principles. You can request de-identified data or have us perform deeper analyses.

Better business relationships

Getting structured, impartial feedback to your suppliers every time strengthens your relationships and helps them improve faster.

Time and resource efficiency
Collecting and analysing feedback in-house is tedious, error-prone, and often disliked. RED Track takes it off your plate — for less cost than the staffing hours required to do it internally.

Insights from beyond your organisation
A reservoir of high-quality, well-structured data from a process that transcends your organisation gives us the ability to identify broader trends. We can then advise you with insights grounded in a deep understanding of what’s working across different contexts — helping you get ever-greater value from your training investments.
