The LIFTER Program
Feedback processes on learning experiences are fairly common — and usually broken.

Too often, feedback is shaped to make the trainer look better, not help them get better. The surveys carry pressure for positive responses to validate the investment, which feeds the perception among buyers that such feedback is invalid and unusable.

When feedback becomes a tool for self-promotion rather than improvement, it harms the whole market. Even the best providers face an ugly choice: play along, or risk being left behind.

The LIFTER program is for those training providers who believe that becoming great matters more than looking great. It's a designation you can earn by committing to use RED Track Feedback — our independent feedback process—everywhere possible.
It's a way to prove your commitment to quality with actions, not claims, and let your practices do the talking!
The Program:
LIFTER stands for Listening and Improvement by Facilitators and Trainers through Evaluation and Research.
That's a process, not an outcome. This program accredits commitment to that process, not your compliance with a checklist of content and delivery standards.

LIFTER does not assess whether your training programs are good — that's for your clients to determine using the quality information we help them collect. Instead, we accredit your commitments to transparency and improvement, which is demonstrated by forfeiting your control of the feedback.

Where most providers will say "our program is great" (and nobody believes them), LIFTERs have an extremely credible signal that says "we are serious about becoming great."
How it works:
-
Learner feedback comes directly to us.
We collect the learner feedback using surveys we design. These are carefully created to minimise bias and maximise completion. This gets clean data, with more honest answers, from better questions.
-
A feedback report goes to both parties, at the same time.
The training provider and the purchaser each receive the same report on learner feedback simultaneously.
-
We collect and anonymise purchaser feedback too.
We also collect insights from the decision-makers in the purchasing organisation who commissioned the training. Once there is enough data to protect identities, this shared back with the provider to help them improve.

Why it works:
Lead with credibility, not spin
The LIFTER designation gives you a powerful upfront signal when talking to clients. Your commitment to independent feedback is visible and verifiable, and not much is more credible than forfeiting control of the process.

Get quality feedback that accelerates improvement
Your feedback will surface genuine insights, not marketing fluff. The questions are unbiased, completion rates are better, and the responses are more honest—so you can improve more and faster.

Get feedback from buyers, not just participants
We gather structured feedback from the decision-makers who purchase your training, who are often not in the room. This feedback is otherwise very hard to obtain and use systematically, and it's invaluable for understanding the true impact and business value of your programs.

Get insights from beyond your organisationYou can do blind benchmarking against other training providers to see how your programs compare. These insights help you understand what's working and improve strategically.

Build up evidence, not just responses
Consistent, well-structured feedback accumulates over time, giving you a solid basis for deeper analysis, evaluations and understanding trends.

Outsource some painful processes
Let us handle survey design, data collection, cleaning, and reporting. These tasks are tedious, error-prone, and time-consuming. Get them off your plate so you can focus on doing what you do best.
Making the mark of a transparent trainer

A better culture around upskilling, made easier!
LIFTER isn’t a survey tool. It's a commitment to genuine improvement. With every provider who joins the program, and every buyer who insists on it, this is helping to change the culture of feedback on learning programs everywhere.
