LIFTER stands for Listening and Improvement by Facilitators and Trainers through Evaluation and Research.
It is a managed feedback service and an accreditation program for training organisations that want to lead with credibility, not spin.

Learner feedback goes straight to us.
We collect learner feedback using surveys we design — with no manipulation, or pressure. This gets clean data, with more honest answers, from better questions.

Feedback reports go to both parties, at the same time.
The provider and the client each receive the same report on learner feedback.

We collect and anonymise purchaser feedback anonymised.
We also collect insights from the person who commissioned the training. This is a crucial voice that's often missed. Once there's enough data to protect identities, this shared back with the provider to help them improve.
