We approach this from both ends of the exchange: we help organisations shape the learning opportunities on offer for their people, and we help learners engage with those experiences in a more effective, optimised way, so they can take and apply the lessons for real impact.
For Organisations:

We are often engaged as consultants to guide specific projects or on retainer as subject-matter experts. We have helped a growing range of organisations tackle challenges across service and program design, evaluation, culture, and the design of roles and structures to improve different learning climates. Feedback Services
We specialise in collecting high-quality feedback from your people to help you understand how learning experiences are landing. We run a continuous independent feedback process that ensures good data is gathered every time you run a learning experience. Our RED Track Feedback service supports organisations buying training, and training providers who completely commit to this process can become accredited under our LIFTER Program.

Sourcing Services
We help organisations balance rigour and efficiency when sourcing training and professional development experiences for their people, often using our Education Buyers’ Groups (EDBUGs) process and Training Micro-Tender methodology.

For Learners:
We work directly with learners to help them take more from the opportunities available to them.
We run short training programs, simulations, and other experiences that equip them with the attitudes, knowledge and skills that can maximise their gains. All our programs aim to impart long-term, portable lessons in self-managed learning. We don't do 'sugar hits' that make people feel good in the moment but leave them with nothing. ​
