Growing insights, not budgets: A breakdown of our feedback management costs
Updated: Sep 12
We designed our pricing model around the same principle that underpins our feedback methodology: transparency.
If we are asking others to embrace clear, defensible feedback practices, then our own commercial structure should reflect the same standard.
There are no opaque bundles or hidden incentives at work. Instead, our pricing is modular and organised around a small number of essential principles.
Here, we set out each component fee and explain what it covers.
Pricing Model Principles
Transparency
Our costs and their structure are open to scrutiny. We have tried to design out any incentives that would compromise our ability to do excellent feedback processing at a fair price. In case we haven't fully succeeded, publishing our fees plainly here lets everyone see that too, and alert us to any potential issues. This transparent is, therefore, one more way we build credibility into the process.
Accessibility
We want external feedback management to be accessible to as many organisations as possible. For that reason, our pricing is layered. We have a modest base fee (Account Fee) that maintains the infrastructure and governance required to run a credible process, and everything beyond that is priced by actual usage and complexity. This ensures our small or straightforward clients are not subsidising the larger, more complex ones.
Proportionality
We believe feedback management should remain proportionate to the investment it is evaluating. Our core fees typically sit at 1-8% of the total cost of training. We believe the intelligence needed to make most of your training budget shouldn't erode that budget.
Modularity
This enables all of these principles possible. Because pricing is structured in components, the service can scale with your organisation. Because pricing is broken into components, the service scales with you. As training activity grows or becomes more complex, the feedback function can grow with it, without drifting out of proportion to the work it supports.
Pricing Structure
All prices expressed below were for the 2026 calendar year.
Account Fee (Annual)
This annual fee covers the systems, reporting infrastructure, governance controls, and administrative coordination required to manage your feedback processes effectively across a full year.
It scales according to organisational complexity, including factors such as:
The number of liaison points
Reporting structures
Volume and coordination requirements
Overall administrative complexity
Current range: $1,135 to 1,905 per annum.
Setup Fee (One-Off)
(per learning program measured)
Each new learning or training program you would like measured requires an initial setup. This covers questionnaire design, testing questions with you, and building the data collection and reporting pipeline specific to that program.
Current fee: $700 per program.
This is a one-off cost incurred when a program is first brought onto the platform, not a recurring charge.
Report Fee (Per Program)
(per learning program measured)
Once a program is set up, each round of feedback collection and reporting attracts a report fee. This covers data ingestion, cleaning, analysis, and the default summary report.
For low-frequency programs (occasional or ad hoc feedback cycles), this is billed per report as incurred: $160 per report.
For high-frequency programs (regular, ongoing cycles agreed in advance, such as monthly reporting), this is billed as a flat annual subscription rather than per report, so cost stays predictable regardless of exact volume in a given period: $1,920 per annum, based on an agreed reporting cadence.
For high-volume engagements where sessions are repeated more than five times for a single buyer in a year, we may adjust the original fee proportionately thereafter.
Custom & Advisory Work (As Required)
We also provide consulting services adjacent to our core feedback processes. These may include bespoke analysis, additional reporting, expanded evaluation methods, or sourcing and procurement support.
A summary of common advisory services is available here: Flexibility of our Feedback Management Services
These are simply billed at consulting rates. Current range: $235 per hour.
For any work expected to exceed one day (7.5 hours), a quote will be provided for approval prior to commencement.
