Privacy isn’t just compliance for us — it is the reason our feedback services work so well. The trust that surrounds this process is a huge part of the value we provide. This Notice explains how we protect that trust, so you can have full confidence in the integrity of our work.
This Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in connection with our feedback services: the RED Track Feedback service and the LIFTER Program.
1. Purpose of collecting information:
We collect and handle information to generate accurate, independent feedback reports on education and training programs and services. This helps learning providers and organisations improve their learning and development outcomes.
2. Information we collect:
Survey Responses: Anonymous feedback from participants in learning and development programs. Responses do not identify individuals.
Optional Demographics: Participants may choose to provide limited demographic details (e.g. age, gender) in the surveys. These are always optional.
Contact Details: We may collect email addresses of organisational contacts or staff for the purpose of distributing surveys or feedback reports to them. We do not collect names, job titles or any other identifying information, nor do we collect any other contact information.
3. How we collect information
We collect all information directly from participants through online surveys; except
For commercial feedback or reports, an initial organisational contact is nominated by our client. That contact may nominate other contacts in their organisation to receive reports or provide feedback.
All participation is voluntary.
4. Use of Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
Generate feedback reports for training providers and client organisations.
Analyse outcomes and identify trends across training experiences.
We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes such as marketing.
5. Disclosure of Information
Individual survey responses are never disclosed outside our organisation.
Only aggregated, de-identified results are shared with training providers and client organisations.
In cases where information is stored or processed by trusted third-party platforms (e.g. survey tools, Microsoft systems), we ensure they comply with privacy standards.
If data is stored on servers located outside Australia, we will take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Data Security and Retention
Data is stored securely in systems with multi-factor authentication and further security measures provided by our technology partners.
Access to identifiable data (such as email addresses) is strictly limited to authorised personnel.
Survey responses are anonymised as soon as possible and at the point of collection wherever possible.
Information is retained as long as necessary to produce meaningful analysis and reports, after which it will be securely deleted.
7. Access and Correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if you believe it is inaccurate. Please contact us.
8. Complaints and Enquiries
If you have a question about how your information is handled, or wish to make a complaint, please contact us.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
