These messages should provide a useful starting point to help you communicate your membership and the independent feedback process to existing and prospective purchasers of your training programs:
Note: for individuals, the language of the below is all framed as speaking for an organisation (we, us, our). You may want to adapt these to first person voice.

Standing statement about being a member

We are proud to be accredited through the LIFTER Program, an independent feedback service for training providers who are committed to improvement. As part of our accreditation, independent education consultants will collect feedback about us from our clients on the value and impact of our training programs. This is anonymised, aggregated and shared back to us to help us maximise our rate of improvement.

At the time of booking in the session; or confirming all the logistical details
As part of our LIFTER accreditation, you will be approached by independent education consultants (Swick Learning) for your feedback on the value and impact of our training programs. This feedback is anonymised, aggregated with responses from our other clients, and the insights are shared with us. This is one of the top ways we ensure your feedback and our rate of improvement are both maximised.

Around the time of a first follow-up or thank you message.
You will soon receive a request from independent education consultants, Swick Learning, seeking feedback on the value and impact of our training program. This is part of our accreditation under the LIFTER Program: an independent feedback process for training providers.
They will ask up to four people in your organisation for B2B feedback, starting with you as the primary contact nominated by me. This feedback is anonymised and shared back to us in aggregate with the insights from our other clients. Thank you in advance for your honesty and for supporting the feedback process. It is part of our commitment to genuine improvement and impact.
Announcement after initially obtaining membership
Around the time of a first follow-up or thank you message.
We are thrilled to announce we were recently admitted to the LIFTER Program – an independent feedback service for training providers who are serious about improving what they do.
From now on, independent education consultants, Swick Learning, will collect feedback about us from all of our clients on the value and impact of our training programs. That feedback is anonymised, aggregated and shared back to us to help us maximise our rate of improvement.
This is part of our commitment to genuine improvement and impact.

We are proud to be accredited through the LIFTER Program, an independent feedback service for training providers committed to transparency and improvement. As part of our accreditation, all learner feedback is collected by a third party and shared with ourselves and our clients at the same time. We also receive anonymised input from the decision-makers who commission our training. The process keeps feedback accurate, useful, and focused on maximising our impact.

Learner feedback is shared with you and us at the same time. Your business-to-business feedback is anonymised, aggregated with responses from other clients, and shared with us later. It's a key way we make sure feedback stays honest, useful, and focused on real improvement.
