These messages should provide a useful starting point to help you communicate your membership and the independent feedback process to existing and prospective purchasers of your training programs:

Standing statement about being a member:

For websites, newsletters, etc.

We are proud to be accredited through the LIFTER Program, an independent feedback service for training providers committed to genuine improvement. As part of our accreditation, all learner feedback is collected by a third party and shared with ourselves and our clients at the same time. We also receive anonymised input from the decision-makers who commission our training. The process keeps feedback accurate, useful, and focused on maximising our impact.


 

Reminder message prior to training delivery:

At the time of booking in a session e.g. on a booking confirmation email

As part of our LIFTER accreditation, feedback on the learning is collected by an independent third party. This includes input from participants, as well as a few key decision-makers you nominate. Learner feedback is shared with you and us at the same time. Your business-to-business feedback is anonymised, aggregated with responses from other clients, and shared with us later. It's a key way we make sure feedback stays honest, useful, and focused on real improvement

 


Shortly after delivering training

Around the time of a first follow-up or thank you message.

You will soon receive a report with learner feedback from the session(s). This feedback was collected by an independent third party, Swick Learning, using their own survey as part of the LIFTER Program — an independent feedback process for training providers.

 

The LIFTER Program will also seek feedback from up to four people in your organisation who commission or rely on our training, starting with you as the primary contact nominated by me. This feedback is anonymised and shared back with us later. Thank you in advance for your honesty and for supporting the feedback process.

 

It is part of our commitment to genuine improvement and impact.

 


Announcement after initially obtaining membership

We are thrilled to announce we were recently admitted to the LIFTER Program – an independent feedback service for training providers who are serious about improving what they do.

 

From now on, feedback about our training will be collected by Swick Learning, a third party, using their own survey process. Reports will be shared with your organisation and ours at the same time. You will also be invited to give feedback as the decision-maker who commissioned our training, along with up to three colleagues you nominate. This feedback is anonymised and shared with us in a summary report.

 

This is part of our commitment to genuine improvement and making our training as impactful as possible.
