Example Learner Feedback Summary for RED Track Feedback

Updated: Oct 31

This is an example of the standard learner feedback summary that you and your training provider will receive at the end of any typical training engagement under the RED Track Feedback process. It gives both parties the same clear, structured snapshot of how the training performed and what learners experienced.

The report brings together several types of data:

  • Core quality ratings – five key questions capture the essence of a well-run learning experience: delivery quality, engagement, the balance of challenge and accessibility, how much learners feel they gained, and their intention to apply what they learned.

  • Learning growth (subject specific) – measured through pre- and post-training responses, typically tracking changes in confidence or knowledge (and occasionally performance on a short test).

  • Participant profile (demographics) – a concise demographic overview of who responded, presented separately for pre- and post-training groups. The demographic variables are usually chosen by our client.

  • Overall reflections and recommendations – what participants appreciated most, what they suggest could improve, and their overall likelihood to recommend the training (Net Promoter Score).

Together, this makes for a crisp, credible report that provides a well-rounded picture of the training’s impact — helping both you and your providers make better decisions about what to strengthen, adjust, or repeat moving forward.

Note: This example shows the baseline report you would typically receive before any customisation or add-ons. Reports can be made more sophisticated as you need — using almost any combination of the variables we collect (as long as participant identity remains non-identifiable). If you need more advanced reporting, it is almost certainly possible. We start from this standard report and offer modular pricing beyond it, as part of our philosophy of keeping the service accessible to the widest range of organisations.

Example Report

Below is a real example to show exactly how the learner feedback is displayed in our standard summary report. We prefer to share a real report than make a synthetic one with fake data. This example comes from a short training session on consent and sexual safety. It has been de-identified for this purpose.

Please note: the first question which is unfortunately obstructed in this export says: "Was the training engaging and did it hold your attention throughout the session(s)?"
