Our training programs aren't designed for short-term thrills or instant praise. We don't optimise for the post-session evaluation survey.

We want our training to be a pivotal moment for participants for decades to come. We want to give them the confidence and the tools to make hard changes.

Training for Learners

Our workshops for learners are typically 1-2 hours and skills-focused. The workshops provide learners with an anchoring conceptual framework to aid their sensemaking, a series of practical techniques to get started, and may opt-in to receiving four optimally spaced emails containing summary notes from the session. The topics are evolving with learner and buyer feedback, but have included:
